VinUniversity students dive into Korean & Mandarin classes — sparking a wave of cross-cultural learning, powered by talent donation

In Spring 2026, VinUni classrooms are buzzing with new sounds and new stories — as students actively immerse themselves in Korean and Mandarin Language & Culture classes that are introduced to VinUni for the first time.

With three fully enrolled classes with more than 280 students expressing interests— 2 Korean classes are taught by Ms. Snigdha Yadav and Ms. Soyeon Kim, and 1 Mandarin class by Ms. Lindan.

But these are far more than language classes.

From practicing real-life conversations to unpacking cultural nuances, students are stepping into entirely new worlds — gaining not just vocabulary, but confidence, curiosity, and cross-cultural fluency. Classrooms have become spaces of active exchange, where students don’t just learn about cultures, but experience them firsthand through interaction, discussion, and shared perspectives.

These classes are made possible through the generous contributions of dedicated talent donors, who bring authentic expertise and vibrant cultural experiences to VinUni students. Giving to VinUni goes beyond financial support—meaningful talent contributions are equally valued and deeply appreciated.

The Development Team extends its sincere thanks to Ms. Huong Truong (VPO), Mr. Le Bao Anh (SAM) and Ms. Ngo Minh Chau (SAM) for their dedication in managing the administrative efforts that made these classes possible; and Prof. Youngeun Kim for introducing and connecting VinUniversity with Ms. Linda to bring these meaningful Mandarin language and cultural class to our students.
