We are delighted to share wonderful news at the start of 2026: Senior Deputy President Ling San has been named the recipient of UC Berkeley’s 2025 Elise and Walter A. Haas International Award, one of the university’s most distinguished honors.

In the true spirit of service that has defined his remarkable career, Prof Ling chose to share the award beyond himself. He graciously divided the prize into three parts and donated them to the three universities that have been most meaningful in his life—with VinUni honored to be one of them.

As part of this gesture, VinUni has received a generous donation of USD 14,000, which will support one Future Leader in pursuing their education and aspirations at VinUni.
