Tran Ngoc Mai Khanh

Khanh is a first-generation college student who grew up in a family with modest means in Ho Chi Minh City. She first learned about VinUni via YouTube and learned that there are generous scholarship opportunities that might make it possible to pursue college.
She picked VinUni’s nursing program because she wants to work with patients one-on-one with a high level of communication. Her ambitions have grown during her studies. She now wants to be a surgical ICU nurse managing complex patients in life-threatening situations. She plans to take the international NCLEX board exams this year with the goal of pursuing advanced practice training in the US.
She appreciates the individualized attention from the faculty. She also appreciates a beautiful campus removed from the big city so she can focus on her studies.
She is thankful for her scholarship. She says that she has a big heart and a big dream that are only in reach because of our scholarship program.
